Proposals are invited for the provision of Engineering Consultancy services to support the efforts of restoring the Electricity Generation and Supply System (The System) of the Commonwealth of Dominica. Under the Electricity Supply Act of 2006, Dominica Electricity Services Limited (DOMLEC) are the current Licensee with responsibility for the restoration and post-restoration operations and management of The System.
