Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) The Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) was established by an Act of Parliament in 1995 to regulate the operations of utility companies. Organisation Of Caribbean Utility Regulators (OOCUR) The OOCUR is a non-profit organization incorporated in Guyana. It was established by Agreement dated July 26, 2002 which was signed by six representatives of Caribbean utility regulators in Jamaica. OOCUR has 12 members whose responsibilities for regulation include telecommunications, energy, electricity, water, sewerage and wastewater, natural gas and transportation sectors. www.oocur.org
