Community Outreach Programme in Dublanc Launched
The Independent Regulatory Commission (IRC) Dominica’s electricity regulator is hoping to broaden public knowledge of its roles and functions through a series of nationwide community meetings. The first is scheduled for the north-western village of Dublanc on June 23, 2009, Dublanc Primary School from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The Outreach programme aims to clarify the scope and responsibilities of the IRC as a regulator as well as seeking valuable feedback from consumers around the country.
